This website, www.t2f-advisory.com, is operated by One Growth Solutions, Unipessoal Lda (NIPC 306378060), registered office at Rua João César Monteiro 23, 2820-676 Aroeira, Portugal ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect

• You give us directly, if you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter: name, email, and any other details you choose to include.

• Collected automatically: standard technical server logs (IP address, browser type, date/time of visit), used only to run and secure the Site.

3. Cookies

This website does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. No consent banner is shown. If that changes, we will update this Policy and request consent first.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for:

• Enquiries and newsletter data: for as long as needed to respond to you or for as long as you stay subscribed — deleted once that purpose ends (e.g. on unsubscribing, or once an enquiry is resolved and not followed by an engagement).

• Client and invoicing records: for the duration of the engagement, plus the retention period required by Portuguese tax and commercial law (currently up to 10 years).

6. Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Hostinger (website hosting)

• Microsoft (Outlook/Microsoft 365, for email)

• Professional advisers, where necessary, under confidentiality

• Public authorities, where legally required

7. International transfers

Hostinger and Microsoft may process data outside the EEA depending on server region. Where this happens, we rely on GDPR-recognised safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, or Microsoft's EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework certification).

8. Your rights

You can ask us to: access, correct, delete, or restrict your data; receive a copy in a portable format; object to processing; and withdraw consent at any time (e.g. for the newsletter). Contact us using the details in Section 12.

9. Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

10. Legal disclosure

We may disclose personal data where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

11. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
